Aggregates and Mining

Koca Group owns various mine quarries located in Marmara region of Turkey. These quarries provide concrete aggregates, trass, specially graded sands, calcite, dolomite and gypsum in order to support ready mixed concrete, cement, mortar and plaster productions. About 2.000 hectares of mining areas are permitted to the company for the production of such raw materials.

Another owned quarry is a marble source located at çanakkale Region of Turkey. The quarry is rich with a special cherry color marble where Group considers marketing such valuable product to global interest.     

Ready Mix Concrete

Koca is one of the pioneers of ready mixed concrete   business and active since 1986 in Turkey. Company holds national record of the highest concrete strength of 190 MPA.

Koca has supplied over several million cubic meter concrete and various precast concrete products and quarry products to the projects in larger Istanbul Area. Koca has qualified staff for production of all kinds of construction material.

Cement

Koca Group owned grinding lines for production of normal and high performance cement. Fully computer automated plant, which has been established with the latest available technology, has the capacity to respond demands of the industry for different products. Therefore, besides Portland cement, triple blend cements are produced using clinker, micro silica and other additions.

As a result of High Performance Cement technology developed by the Company production of special cement with strength value equivalent to PC 82.5 was achieved for special applications such as pre cast    industry where high strength with shorter de-molding   time is essential.

Admixtures and Dry Mixed Products

Koca Group is producer of chemical and mineral admixtures as well as dry mix products. These products have been developed with the benefit of experience for many years and formulated to enhance the properties of concrete, cement, mortar and plaster. Main activities in this area are oriented to provide the customers with high- tech products manufactured in co-operation with worldwide leaders of chemical and mineral admixtures   technology.

Precast Concrete

Koca Group owns pre cast concrete factory for the production of structural elements, slabs and facade   of industrial buildings and various non- structural environmental elements. Various kinds of pre cast elements are being produced in the factory using high performance concrete.
